Shipping Policy
All PARADOX PRINTZ products are custom made-to-order. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Because every item is printed specifically for you, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Complex or XL orders may require additional time — we will notify you if this applies to your order.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and other carriers depending on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for select orders
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 12 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PARADOX PRINTZ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
