Because all of our products are custom made-to-order, we have a specific returns policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Services

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Services unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to reprint or refund the item at our discretion.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 12 days.
